Build things that fit, and a career that fits you.
We’re a London-based team of designers and craftspeople making bespoke wardrobes, kitchens and fitted furniture for homes across the city. We’re growing, and we’re looking for people who care about the details as much as we do.
We treat our team the way we treat every project: with care
Same standards we bring to every wardrobe: quality materials, honest pricing, and no cutting corners. That applies to how we treat our team too.
Flexible Hours
Full-time, part-time or fit-around-life scheduling. We care about the work getting done well, not clock-watching.
Real Craftsmanship
Work alongside experienced designers and fitters on bespoke, made-to-measure projects, not flat-pack repetition.
Growth & Training
From apprentice to lead fitter or senior designer, we invest in the people who invest in us.
Fair, Transparent Pay
Competitive rates, paid on time, with clear progression. No surprises, same as our client pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer flexible or part-time hours? +
Yes. Most of our roles, including design and support positions, can be arranged around your availability. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or a fixed number of days a week, let us know what works for you and we’ll do our best to build the role around it.
Do I need previous experience? +
Not always. For fitting and installation roles we welcome hands-on trade experience such as joinery or carpentry, but for design and support roles we’re happy to train the right person. What matters most is attention to detail and a willingness to learn our processes.
Where are roles based? +
Our team is based in London. Design and office-based roles are largely London-centred, while fitting and installation work involves travelling to client homes across the city, so a driving licence is useful for those positions.
How long does hiring take? +
Typically 1 to 2 weeks from application to offer. That usually includes a quick initial chat, a short in-person or video meeting with the team, and a final decision, so you’re not left waiting around for weeks to hear back.
